Butts on the back burner
Between work, kids birthdays, and weather I haven't had much time to smoke. Tomorrow is wifey's birthday but we agreed that we would celebrate today so I could have tomorrow as a much needed day of rest to relax and throw something on the wsm. So in preparation I had already picked up a bag of weekend warrior and received some new rubs from BPS (money and sweet seduction). Stopped by Sams on the way home yesterday to pick up the butts. Really looking forward to it!
Then... My MIL calls and says she wants to take us out for dinner tomorrow. I could tell the wife wanted to go in addition to us celebrating as a family today so I laid down. Now I'm trying to figure a way to sneak some time to still cook but it just doesn't seem like its in the cards this weekend. BLAH!!! Should I let the butts sit in the cryo in the fridge until next weekend or pop them in the freezer?
