Hi All,

I am trying to figure out how many racks are in a case of St. Louis Pork Ribs from Costco. Anyone know for sure?

Thanks

Pete

I have purchased 3 cases from the local COSTCO over the course of the past 2 month. They have 15 ribs (Five packs of 3 ribs) per case.

Like they all said, I purchased Costco ribs all summer, 15 per case. Love not having to trim.

Costco ribs are super expensive out here... I always shop Cash & Carry for serving the masses.
Costco ribs are decent for competition, but most of the ones I've had have been so thick they wouldn't stand up in the box after cutting...
