Default Went to Myron Mixon's class

Greetings, last weekend I had the pleasure of going to Jacks Old South cooking school. I just wanted to pass on that it was well worth it. He went into all kcbs and mbn meats/blind boxes. His hog prep was also pretty sweet. Considering his class only costs $750 and most local classes are $500 its well worth it to learn from the king. If any brethren are on the fence about this, I say go do it.

i went in Jan.. a lot of good tips.. oh, since you were just there.. the dads vinegar sauce.. was that 2 TBLS or 2 tsp of flour/cornstarch? thanks..

i tried to talk them into raffling off one of them new fancy cookers... didn't work.
