Phubar's T-Bone,Taters and Bimi Salad Pron

My WGA is doing overtime this week.

Padawan gave me a T-bone steak...just because.

Rubbed the steak with course sea salt,cracked black and Todd's Dirt.
Salad made out of smogrilled bimi,paprika,shallot,garlic,olive oil,lemon juice,salt,pepper.
Haven't cooked up much t-bones but this one looked a bit like pork to me because of the pink colour...also tasted a bit like pork...or maybe I had one chardonnay too many.

It's a cross between broccoli and Chinese cabbage developed in Japan if I may believe Wikipedia.
They also call it broccolini or tenderstem.

Ain't nothing better than arugula is there man? I swear I like that stuff as much as I like meat. Ain't no better green out there. Great looking steak, wish I had one in my fridge to grill up.
