Default Great reads!

Picked up some new bbq books, startin the fire, wicked good bbq and Paul Kirks championship bbq. All have great information to build on as I get ready to compete and fall more in love with bbq. Thanks for the suggested reading.

I rarely make any exact recipes from good BBQ books like those, but they sure inspire and give great ideas to incorporate into our cooking, don't they?

My goal is never to follow someone elses recipes but use their knowledge as building blocks to create my own brand of bbq.
