Default Weber CL score!!

Just scored a barely used 2011 (AA stamp) Weber Smokey Joe off of a CL ad for $4 from a young lady that is moving out of town. For an extra $1 she threw in a pair of tongs and a small wire brush. Gonna clean it up, use it a few times as is, then convert into a mini WSM.

what would you do to it that would make it useless as a grill if you made it into a mini smoker ?

Mini WSM's are a fun project. Versatile little machine. I've used mine the last 3•4 weeks at least two times per week. The bathroom scales show it.

There is an 18.5" WSM on Amarillo Craigslist.
