Mac 'n cheese in the Dutch oven? Does it pick up muck of the smoke flavor?

That brisket looks fantastic! By the way, I recoginize that treatment plant in the third picture... I grew up on North Hartwell! It's a small world here with the brethren!

Strong beef broth and garlic powder mixture. The entire prepping process is myron mixon's recipe. I just cook low and slow, he likes hot and fast.

This is a great town. It has really improved a lot the past 5 years. Brand new streets on w 2nd, n main, e park st. The only one that needs replaced is s main. We have a few brand new businesses and our town board has done an awesome job tearing down old buildings falling apart. I grew up on N Hartwell also. Small world indeed!
