Default Pork Rib Roast... talk to me

just picked one up at Costco & it has 8 ribs which i think i'll cut in half and freeze for 2 meals.

can anyone recommend some ways theyve smoked/grilled with good results? thinking its the perfect size for the mini wsm.

I happen to love this cut of meat. I hit it with a paste of olive oil, lots of garlic, onion and an herb mix (fresh thyme, flat leaf parsely, sage and a little rosemary) then onto the cooker at 325F until 140F and rest.

Sounds great land arc, I've made pork roast with garlic sliced into the meat and its come out fantastic.

Essentially, what Bob said. I've done a few of these and they're always delicious. We save them for special occasions -- these and the racks of lamb they have.
