Thumbs up Coney Island Dog!
The competition between Lafayette Coney Island and American Coney Island is fierce and there isn't a Detroiter who hasn't had to pledge allegiance to one or the other.

This is my take on the Coney Island dog.



The Recipe:

Steamed Bun
Grilled dog
Chilli
Mustard
Onion

So easy and so delicious!

Great lookin dawg! I bet it was good. I am a jersey dog kinda guy. 100% sabrett beef hotdog in natural casing deep fried.

I don't know anything about the fierce arguments of a true coney, but where I'm from we call that a hot dog " all the way". And I call it "farking good". Love me a good hot dog!
