Default Crostini's -not Q obviously (Pr0nx1)

So easy to make.

Drop a handful of fresh basil into a processor/blender with a good drizzle of EVOO, some chunks or parmeggiano cheese and a small chunk of fresh garlic and blend up.
Grill some Italian bread like panna de casa
Rub with garlic and half a fresh tomato face.
Crush either sardines of anchovy filets across the bread, then spoon over the pesto mix.
Bon Apetito!
Cowards hunt in packs
Strife brings out friends
Injustice brings out decency
but only in the classy people

You had me at anchovy. Haven't had them in a long time, but I think I'm gonna change that. Thanks! Oh yeah, that looks good.
