Rib Candy, Riblets, Rib Tips or Whatever You Call Them (w/ Pron)...
Did five racks of spares yesterday and saved the trimmings for today. Rubbed, smoked, panned/covered w/ sauce and served. Simple and very, very good.

Nice job, they look really farking good!
