First time chicken on UDS

And we loved it. Leg quarters, leftover beerbque sauce with mccormick grillmate chiken rub under the skin. Cooked at 300 for 1 1/2 hours when i basted them in some more sauce then cranked the barrel to 400 for a few minutes to slightly carmel the sauce. Juicy delicious goodness. i ate the whole leg plus rice and veg's.

UDS, you have changed my life. I'm thinking about sacraficing things for the UDS god.

That looks good! I am afraid to say tat plate of 4 would have been my plate :oops:
