Had to have some steak this evening..............

Started with some potato......pre cooked and then wrapped for the grill


Some season tenderloins ready for a rest...........


Tenderloins right over the hot lump........


Finishing up............



Plated and ready with garlic and blu cheese................Mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Did some caveman 2" thick strips on the weber tonight too! Must be a Wisconsin thing today! Wish I had the blue cheese crumbles on mine though like yours. They look great!

Very nice. I had steak to but did not have to cook it. Was taken to an upscale Steak House. My B-I-L had some gift cards. Had boe in ribeye. I had ordered medium rare. It came well done. The manager came by and saw I was not eating it. He took it back and got me another. He then comp us a nice assortment of deserts from the desert tray
