Had to get the coals lit proper like.

A few sips later and a fire was made.











Sweet potatoes cooking now. Steak prepped.








Smiles from the old lady. Happy that this wont be another 11 hr beef project.








Chose not to marinate the steaks.....but to enjoy our own marinades....Crown Royal for her and Black Crown Buds for me.
