Sorry saving the BBQ for Sunday. I've got a big pot of French onion soup going right now and watching the snow just starting to fall.

I feel terrible - NOT! Today was blue sky & 76*. Doing some honey do around the farm and gettin ready to head to the Gulf to go red-fishin tomorrow. Burgers tonight? Kidding aside, y'all are certainly dedicated!

Yep. Good Luck to you folks up there. I won't go into temps here but I know you can handle it. We get 3 snowflakes here and they roll up the sidewalks and close.

Ok, here we go...BlizzardBurgers'13.

Salt, pepper, Lea and Perrins :)

Oh yeah, somebody wanted a little bread in there too

Couple of rough-cut Reds w/olive erl, S&P, onion, garlic, cajun

Foiled for most of the cook

Hmmm, snowing pretty good-

better dress for the occasion.

Guess which direction the patio's open side faces?...and why didn't I put up the OSB winter walls this year??

Windy chimney

Reds foiled for cookin

then open for smokin

BlizzardBurgers

Couldn't have done it w/o my best beer in my best pint glass!

Fini

On Portugese white toast, topped only w/ raw, fermented kraut

Thanks for looking!
