NB Black Diamond has 1 wooden shelf on the cooking chamber. Hondo has wire shelves on cooking chamber and fire box and no warming plate.

I need to find a couple of thermometers to mount lower to the grill and plug the existing hole.

What are some good thermometer to mount on the smoker? I do have a digital that I will be using as well.
