Have you checked out the Bandera 101 thread?
Here is a complete frame off restoration I did on mine (gone but not forgotten) that shows my baffle. http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/sh...7&postcount=85 Seattlepitboss modified the baffle for me (not shown) he did a cutout that allowed the waterpan to set in place with the diverter-nice touch! ![]()

![]() I used 3/8 scrap. It worked well. You need a way to bend it though if you can't find it that way. I was blessed that way, mine came as seen. I just had to adjust the length. |
