Im trying to think up a full bucket list of things to smoke. There was another thread but it was much more specific than im thinking. Some of these will be vague, like ribs. Im just going to put ribs be it BB, spare, country, etc. it will just be ribs. Here is what i have so far, feel free to add and ill edit and compile a larger list.

My list would include:
- prime rib (or whatever cut of beef corresponds.) - beef clod. (I'm not sure what it is but I'm pretty sure I want to make it. - lamb ribs. Done them in the past and I want to have another go. - venison. Just because. But I don't hunt so I depend on a friend or road kill.
