random cut question...what, if anything, is the difference between boneless english cut chuck roast and boneless boston rolled chuck roast?
local grocery store has the english on sale for $2.99, and the boston cut for $3.69 just curious

Been cutting meat for 24 years and very rarely hear the name Boston Cut Beef Roast! Bnls English Cut and Bnls Boston Cut are both the same. Most places call them Bnls Shoulder Cross Rib Roasts. They can be rolled and tied.
