Just dropped in this Shoulder Roast for Pulled Pork for the Super Bowl!!!! Doing some Pepper Stout Beef as well but will drop that in later!!!!

I threw mine on the UDS about the same time as you. I'm too lazy this early in the morning to post pics though. I'll get a thread going later. What kind of rub did you go with?

The rub I used consists of the following

8 Tbsp Sea Salt
2 Tbsp Garlic Salt
2 Tbsp Onion Salt
1 Tbsp Ground Thyme
1 Tbsp Ground Bay
1 Tbsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Celery Seed
1 Tbsp Paprika

I also added this to the beef roast that I am throwing on the smoker when I wrap the Pork!!
