Talking Superbowl Spread

I went a bit overboard... since it's just me and the kiddo... but I figure most of it will be eaten this week for lunch (yes, it will make co-workers jealous)


Slow cooked (about 5 hours 225F, never foiled) spareribs



Trying to get a picture of the smoke ring, these are nice and juicy.


A JimmyDean HOT and a Regular... gotta smoke a fatty when cooking!
