Anyone else doing a test run before Sunday??
I did a chuckie, same method as the pepper stout but without the peppers ImageUploadedByTapatalk 21359592797.801542.jpg A rack of spares doused in blues hog, and some pig shots ImageUploadedByTapatalk 21359593376.714348.jpg Chuckie came out great as normal, the ribs were a little spicy for most of the family, so I'll go back to the brown sugar/paprika/salt/pepper that I normally use. The pig shots were a hit, guess I'll be doing those again. I did have some sage sausages and some kielbasa smoking at the end, but didn't pull them in time for dinner, but I'll have them on Sunday. So Brethren, what are you having for the big game??
