Default Find your local butcher!!

St. Patty's day is just around the corner. That means bring on the corn beef which means bring on the brisket. Many butchers order whole briskets and only use the flats for corn beef. The points generally are ground up for burgers and ground beef. That is why I am suggesting everyone find their local butcher and see if you can work out a deal with them and buy their points off of them. If all works out well you could end up with a sweet score of brisket points. That is all.

This friendly tip has been brought to you by Big Slick. Haha

I actually just scored 60 pounds of points. Any suggestions on cooking? I figured I'd cook it just like a whole packer.
