Default Phubar's Smoked Sherbet from Herbert Pron

Last Dutch Brethren Bash I made sherbet,I thought it would be Phun to do.
Smoked some red Phruits in 80% Stroh rum,water and sugar...blended it with a stickblender,added some Phresh vanilla,let it sit in the cold weather and give it an occasional stir.
I took the lePhtovers home and Phroze it in.

During the bash we had a little comp wit a main course and dessert...we used the sherbet under the red berries on our comp plate.

Yesterday I ate a bowl with some chocolate sauce and storebought apfelstrudel which I smoked for a little while.
