If you like Kansas City style sauce, this is great.
http://www.galaxybbq.com/Home_Page.html Sweet but not the molasses taste of KC Masterpiece and other "brown" sauces. Less tomato taste than Oklahoma Joe's "Cowtown" Good zip to even the mild sauce. The Royal judges picked a winner. Joins my list of favorites along with Blues Hog, Blues Hog Tennessee Red, Cowtown and Ole Ray's "Kentucky Bourbon" On the shelf in a half dozen KC stores and can be ordered. I stumbled onto it after browsing around a small Smithville BBQ store (Carnivore) so long that I felt I had to buy SOMETHING... Glad I did. |
