Default All Clean

The one thing I really hate about BBQ is I make a big mess. I took an hour today and really went through and cleaned my GMG as well as laying down all new foil... the foil isn't needed but it makes it a whole lot easier on clean up.

Way to clean! You ever cook on that thing or do you just lean on it drinking a beer while calling for BBQ take out?

I do - that grill is newer than the Egg... so it still has some newest too it but I spent about an hour cleaning all the inside and racks... For some reason as I have gotten older I like to have my grills really clean before cooking I get so worried about food supply and the possibility of people getting sick I want to take every precaution

Just remember your removing all the seasoning every time you clean it. A seasoned smoker cooks better than an unseasoned.

Once the temp gets above 160 for over 30 min there are no nasties. It's called pasteurization

Looks great!

What's did you use on the grates to make them sparkle?
