Looks great.


I saw some of those when I was in Fresh Market last trip. The butcher was busy so I didn't have time to get grilling advice from him about them.

I'll give 'em a try sometime. My wife and I both prefer ribeyes to all other cuts so it sounds like we'd go for these, too.

Very pretty steak.
Looks like you did a good job.

Thick and juicy Beef is the ticket.

I frequent two butcher shops for very thick steaks.
Cost a little more, but look what we get...
