Default Grilled Steak and Guinness Pot Pie


1.5 lb. Chuck and Flap Steak

Seasoned with Montreal Steak Seasoning Salt and Pepper

Seared on grill @ 500* for two min. A side





Into the pot with the veg's

Brought to a boil then simmered for 3hrs.





Into a 375* oven for 45-min. This was vary tasty and tender

Nice job Ross. I have a steak cheese and Guinness recipe from Jamie. Almost identical to yours, except he cooks the stew in a CI pan in the oven for several hours But his pies, are killer.............
