Default Taking the Bull out of Your beef

I see allot of threads through the year about, "where does this cut come from", "what's the difference between prime, choice& select, boasts of "miss marked grading", why is this cut more than another, "what is CAB:? Well old BluDawg is gonna fix all that. I found this series of 6 videos IMO are some of the best very well narrated, educational, and entertaining, The meat cutter is a True Artist! ( I developed a Man crush on him) Send the wife and clildrens out for some Ice cream, put out the cat, get a cold beer or fill you mug and sit back and enjoy the show I promise you will not be disappointed.

I watched all 6 and I have to agree. The guy doing the cutting is not a butcher...He is an artist.

I'm not a butcher but it looked like he was using a butcher knife, boning knife, and a saw mainly.

VERY sharp ones The two I saw where a boning knife and a Scimitar I would bet they are most likely Dexter Russels.
