Home cured and cold smoked bacon steak (then grilled with a little more hickory) topped with melting cheese, heirloom tomato and pickle salad, some vegetable/cheddar cream cheese filled ABTs and some home made, oven baked onion rings....
(sorry 'bout the state of the cooker....breading got everywhere!!!!) |
