IMO even if I didn't know Sterling or wasn't his friend I would stiil say this man had a vision,credibility in the BBQ world and most importantly had all of the chit in place buisness wise..and simply put on something that has never been done or seen before..I could really ramble on how great it was but I don't need too everyone that was there would pay to go back I'm sure..by the way this isn't some Tarzan nut grab on the guy I'd say this about whoever put it on..haters will hate that is life but he stepped the game up without question just ask anyone that attended
