Ive read many posts this year about different brethren turning in audition videos to BBQ Pitmasters. (Us included) Well lets see them, post your audition videos so we all can have a look.

That was really good. I'm pullin for ya!
Honestly though, it was well made, good editing, great "action/pron" shots and you have a fun personality. That combined with the father and daughter angle, I'd say yours wont get thrown away easily.
