The weatherman says it is 7 degrees out and it is snowing. Got a hankering for something "barbecuey" but it is way too cold for me to be standing outside watching a fire (and I don't have a lot of time before work). Took the party inside today. A little rubbed and pan-seared pork loin chop, slathered in sauce and nestled on a bed of warm apple, onion and walnut chutney.
