Default When the moon hits your eye......

.....like a big pizza pie....it's amorè !

Family is home, relaxing on this MLK holiday.

Enjoying this glorious weather, too.

Wife suggested pizza. I'm waiting for her to come up with an option that isn't able to be cooked kamado-style.

Man Cave Meals on YouTube to the rescue!

Fifteen minutes later....

A bit longer.....

Turned out well. I'm so outa the doghouse it isn't even funny.

Bobolli crust formed into 10" skillet

EVOO brushed on both sides

Layer of sliced provolone

Lightly sauced....little bit goes a long way

Layer of cooked crispy bacon

Layer of shredded mozzarella

More mozzarella :)

Layer of thinly slice ripe tomatoes

Layer of pepperoni

Sliced fresh jalapeños

I like cheddar on the crust, too

~400 degrees for about three beers....adjust as needed.....
