Tatonka Dusted Buffalo Sirlion Tip Roast
Was -11º with 23 mph winds today so instead of grilling outside went with the Showtime rotisserie. This was a 4 lb. sirloin tip buffalo roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and wrapped in Saran Wrap to rest overnight in the fridge.
 -----  ----- After it was on the rotisserie spit added grilling bands to secure the roast.  ----- Cooked to 145º and rested for 20 minutes for a medium rare.  -----  ----- Sliced Sirloin tip buffalo roast seasoned with Tatonka Dust and served with mixed vegetables and roasted garlic potato's.  ----- This was so delicious! :drooling:  Thanks for looking! |
