Rudy's vs My Old Brisket
Haven't had much time to fire up the wsm lately. Last thing i had on was a brisket almost a month ago. So a couple weeks ago I forgot to bring my lunch and decided to try out Rudy's with a buddy from work. Yeah I'm biased but neither of us cared for their brisket...at all. So I've had a hankerin for some brisket and momma wouldn't let me fire one up this weekend. Remembered that I had some sliced flat from my last cook in the freezer. Heated it up and remembered why I rarely eat restuarant bbq around here and why I love the brethren man!!
