Default Phubar's Japanese Oxtail Stew Pron

Marinated the oxtail in teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper.
I cooked it with peanut oil, onion, scallion, red Spanish pepper, garlic, ginger, sake, rice vinigar, soya, water, salt, pepper, brown sugar.

The glassnoodles were cooked in the water I cooked the paksoi in...the water soaked up the Phlavour of the paksoi and smoke.
APhter the noodles were cooked I added garlic, scallion, red pepper Phlakes, salt, pepper,Phu Quoc Phish sauce.
