Default Bacon wrapper, cream cheese cherry peppers! (With pron)

So, I was bored yesterday (because Monday is never busy ), and I cooked up one of my favorite bite size appetizers.

Cherry peppers out of the jar... Dry with paper towel when laying out on cutting board.

Slice them in half (dab with paper towel again... you'll do this a lot).

Clean them out with a spoon or your thumb (dab with paper towel, again).

Fill with cream cheese (I use the 1/3rd fat cream cheese because it is soft and scoops out of the container easily).

Sprinkled with Cattleman's Grill Carne Asada rub (use whatever you love here!).

Wrap with bacon, trim the excess (each bacon strip is enough for two peppers).

Grill them at 350º (these were cooked on a YS640... notice the stray peppers with no bacon ).

Keep cooking until they're awesome.

Proper awesome level achieved!

Edit: It should read "Bacon Wrapped..." in the title, but I let my fingers think for me. Whoops!
