Question Cooking for family this weekend need advice!

My niece and her husband have been in Saudi Arabia for a year and have had NO PORK!!! They are flying in the week and want Pulled Pork that is no problem. But I want to surprise them with some kind of porkified heaven of an appetizer. Any Ideas???

If you're going for something fancy and splashy the first thing that comes to mind is a braided greek tenderloin but not really an appetizer. What about something like grilled moo shu and let everyone make their own mini pancakes?

Pig shots are definitely porkified IMO. You could always smoke a fatty and crumble it up into your cream cheese mixture just to fortify the porkify. That's pork 3 ways in one bite.
