Default I didn't buy a Thermapen!

Hoping to get by w/ the RT600-C.

Like Ray Davies said so many years ago...."I'm on a Low Budget!"

I've used that same one for about a year or so. I like it. It reads quick enough for me. You'll like it.

Why not keep it probed the whole time?

I had a choice between a Thermapen and a Wusthof Chef's Knife. Bought the knife and never looked back. I'd like a Thermapen, but my TruTemp works fine.
