N8, check this out. It is the Walmart brand and it is RO in a Walmart bag and way cheaper too. You can also get the RO brand at K-Mart. Just trying to help a brother out.

thanx to all for the kind comments....
the lamb was originally slated to be part of our Christmas Feast,
but on Christmas Eve eve I received the gift of intestinal flu........
I've still several turkey breasts and poke sausages to cook up
in the near future........

Good looking cook and drum! I would think that the disc would even out the temps across the board (center and edge) wouldn't it?

That disc harrow blade was made waay baack and is extremely heavy and thick. Once that hunka iron gets heated up it radiates at an even temperature sorta like a heating element in an oven, only better, imvbo, 'cause it's powered by live fire and sweet blue.
