Default I'm not feeling creative....

Chicken.... I have about 8 leg/thigh quarters to cook up. They will be going on my UDS. Inspire me.

Forget the traditional rub or bbq sauce and marinate/brush with soy or teriyaki instead, adds a nice Asian flair

Brine those bad boys in some Mtn. Dew and kosher then whatever rub you wish. Just don't brine more than 2 or 3 hrs or chicken taking a green color, which is ok but may freak out whoever you are feeding.

Roast it with kosher salt and black pepper. Then, pull into shreds.

Split a glazed raised donut in half and make a chicken donut sandwich.
