Default Dinner

It was four in the morning and below zero degrees. I woke up and decided on a whim that it was a good day for a little pulled pork for dinner. Just finished lighting the pit and am getting ready to go to the grocery store. Normally I plan ahead for this sort of thing, but I figure I wouldn't have woke up at 4am if it wasn't for a reason.

I respect your ambition in the wee hours. Pulled pork is always worth it.

Have fun and post up pics of your endeavor.

I'm always the guy in the grocery store in the middle of the night. I'm pretty sure the grocery workers all think I'm drunk. They're wrong....most of the time. I admire your ambition.

I love starting the pit in the wee hours. Every sound you make seems so loud.
