Default making bacon

I have a wsm 22.5 smoker and have question on temp. I need to bring the smoker to 180-205, but it must last for 4-5 hours, so using KBB and minion how many lit coals in should go in the middle without having a run away temp ? My thought is 5-10 hot coals would this be close enough?

I'd go with a half chimney full and go with the minion.
