I have doing quite a bit of reading on a better designing a better Smoker.
I have what would called a Homemade Offset, Reverse flow smoker. It started life as a pair of steps. ![]() ![]() And it turned into this. ![]() ![]() ![]() Now I do plan to add some angle iron to the firebox and tighten it up quite a bit. I am kicking around some other ideas. What would you do to improve this?

I have found some latches that will hold the door much tighter.
I also am looking at a DigiQ system.
