Default Cubanos

Made these up with some leftover pulled pork from the mini pig-pickin'. Reheated the pork in some mojo sauce and adobo seasoning, made some green plantain tostones and mango salsa, good eats!

Great looking food. I need to get some Cuban recipes from my Brother In Law's mom so that I can give them a whirl.

Great looking sammie. I haven't had a Cubano in a while. That's making me want one.
