Default Just a little yardbird.

The kids wanted chicken legs for dinner so I went and got some legs and quarters. I have been wanting to try the siracha and orange marmalade sauce I saw a while back. Cooked on the kettle indirect with apple at about350*. They turned out pretty good the skin was not quit where I wanted it. The sauce was good but not my favorite a little to fruity for my tastes.
The second photo has no sauce for the kids.

Too bad you didn't hit the flavor you wanted, but it sure looks good from here!

The skin was not quit as crisp as I would have liked. It wasn't bad but just not where I wanted it. Probably should have thrown it on the direct heat for just a minute at the end.
