Talking 1st cook of the New Year!

Got the egg going with the outside temperature of 37°.

Gave it about 15 minutes to heat up to about 300°.

Through some cubed beef and which was marinaded in Mojo Criollo then sprinkled with Kosher Salt along side some Chicken Sausage.

The finished protein was cut up and served family style!

Sorry for the less than perfect photos, just seamed easier at the time to use my Droid.
