Default NYE & NYD Prime Pron!!!
Put some miles on the smoker this weekend. First day was ribs and day 2 was prime tri tips and chicken. I was testing a cherry glaze that started out as Christmas gifts but was so good I am thinking about adding it to The Rub Co. product line. Sauces are expensive to develop so who knows. I'll just enjoy it in the mean time. Enjoy the pron!
