Pron refers to posting pictures in your post. There is a full explanation in the welcoming notes somewhere, I can't seem to find it right now, Might be somewhere in "KCQ'ers Roadmap to Qtalk" above.

The ribs actually went on at about 445. I had to build a fire and get some prep work done.

But yeah, they were done early so everyone could have them by lunch.
